The Blitzen Border Collie line began in 1991 with Norwood's Whirlwind (Windy ~Born 1991~Crossed the Rainbow Bridge 2005) founding the now long tradition of selective breeding that has resulted in generations of litters of winning border collies.  This attention to preserving the traits that make border collies one of the most unique breeds today has resulted in multiple generations of litters of sound puppies that are carefully placed in the right homes.  A lengthy list of offspring have gone on to reach the highest levels of achievement in agility, obedience, herding and tracking, as well as, specialty areas such as conformation and advertising.  Another noteworthy achievement is the fact that a Blitzen Border has even gone into civil service as a K9 Officer working in drug enforcement proving once again, there is nothing you can't do with a Border Collie from a pedigree founded on soundness.  Contact us for more information.
